The Role
We are looking for driven Quantitative Developers to join a small, high-calibre trading technology team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and optimising low-latency execution systems across equities, derivatives and digital assets. You will work directly alongside traders and researchers, meaning your work has immediate, measurable impact on live trading performance.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining low-latency trading execution systems; building and integrating market data handlers, order routing components and real-time risk controls within the firm's proprietary trading platform; and implementing tools for simulation, backtesting and live performance monitoring to support continuous system improvement.
Profile
3-5+ years in a quantitative development or trading technology role, ideally within a prop firm, HFT shop or systematic hedge fund. Strong C++ is essential; Python proficiency required. Solid understanding of market microstructure, order types and execution venues. Strong academic background in computer science, mathematics or statistics. Experience with numpy/scipy and numerical programming. Knowledge of statistical modelling, signal processing or machine learning for trading systems is a plus.
Compensation
Base salary in the range of $150,000–$250,000 plus performance bonus, with total compensation typically reaching $250,000–$400,000+ depending on experience and contribution. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and commuter benefits.
